" The forest is full of medicine, healing power and food"

- African Proverb.

Our mission is to improve the generational health & well-being of the African Diaspora through by providing foundational living skills that relies on the resources provided by nature

Each One Carry One is a health & wellness foundational living school that is focused around the health disparity within the African diaspora communities that can be improved through herbalism, nutrition, living skills and lifestyle changes. Our programs, services & classes are Afro Earth-centric, practical and realistic. We are focused on self, family & community-sustainability, a living school that is focused on the health of the community thriving through a mutualism relationship with nature.

We integrate an enormous amount of hands-on training and scenario-based training into every program & class we teach, as it is essential when you learn any of these subjects, to really have it become a part of who you are. This is how you can learn living skills that you will remember and that will work for you even in the highest adrenaline or the lowest energy levels of your own life.

We instruct a huge variety of outdoor and bushcraft classes (City/wilderness and primitive living skills,etc.. ) We teach thousands of class hours of many sustainability-related subjects such as herbalism, primitive and off-grid engineering,  urban survival, escape and evasion,  children’s programs and much more.

We are here to equip families with skills, tools and resources that will decrease the health disparity and mortality rate within the African Diaspora.

Nature provides.

The Art of Foraging

There’s more to foraging than simply finding nature’s bounty and taking it home. It is, you submitting to the rhythm and beat of the green spaces of your region. Building an intimate relationship with the land through ecological and commensal symbiosis. Foraging activates your senses, and forges a subtle resilient communication pathways, that allows you to connect with the land, & parts of yourself you didn’t even know existed. Sometimes it’s just about walking in the woods and observe in silence. Our senses guides us and lead us to places that holds our blessings. We can’t survive without nature but we can thrive in it. As much as nature give we must give back as well. It is our responsibility to be responsible & protect our natural environment through sustainable practices

Here at E.O.C.O. not only do we forage food & medicine but we also forage:

  • wisdom

  • knowledge

  • Stories

  • Materials for wild-crafting
