Foraging & Herbal Medicine

Gardening Edition

Plant medicine belongs to the people. Healing knowledge can be passed down and engaging the healer in you is the mission of this course.

Herbal medicine from an African perspective.

This is an 8 weeks course teaching you how to identify wild medicinal and edible plants in your area. It is very important for us to learn to reconnect with nature and its rhythm.
It doesn't matter wether you live in the mountain, in the city or farm plants are all around us.

Not only will you learn about foraging and how to do it ethically. You will also learn herbalism and how to apply that to your garden harvest. Learning how to turn your harvest into powerful medicine. We will dive into the research of the herbs and learn how to properly make medicine, dosage and how to pick which herbs for our conditions.

Summer is a great time for gardening and foraging.
This course is packed with valuable information. We meet virtually on zoom.
